Brand Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Scout and secure potential brand partners that perfectly match our creators' unique style and audience.

  • Craft and pitch partnership proposals that highlight our creators' distinctive value and wide reach.

  • Skillfully negotiate terms, including deliverables, compensation, and campaign objectives to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Close and oversee execution of partnership agreements, fostering long-term, fruitful collaborations.

  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends, competitor moves, and market insights to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

  • Work hand-in-hand with our leadership team and talent managers to deliver effective, powerful strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record pitching and securing brand partnerships, ideally within an agency.

  • Knowledge of sales, business development, and influencer marketing principles.

  • Deep expertise in social media platforms, digital advertising strategies, and influencer trends.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to pitch and negotiate like a pro.

  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit ready to thrive in a commission-driven environment.

  • Education and/or experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
